Enrollment Process: Parents and guardians: Be sure to allow sufficient lead time for a tour, visits to the school, paperwork, and orientation before your child’s first day. Depending on the time of year and your child’s readiness, this could require up to several months. It is best to start the enrollment process during December-March in preparation for summer and the upcoming academic year. Students may be considered for mid-year enrollment.
1. Please schedule a tour. Tours are conducted virtually via Zoom.
2. Submit an Application. Please complete the Application and Student Profile and include the one-time, non-refundable application fee of $100. An interview with the student will be scheduled, along with a trial visit to the classroom. A complete enrollment package will be provided to you and a spot will be held for 30 days.
Deadlines: The application should be submitted between December 1-March 1. Applications may be considered after this date depending upon available openings.
Classroom Visit: During non-pandemic times, we would schedule an in-person visit to the Elementary class for your child. This step may be adjusted, held virtually, or omitted, depending on current health guidelines.
5. Mid-Year Enrollment: Mid-year enrollments may be accepted if space is available.
6. Waiting List: A waiting list will be started once available spaces are filled. An application is required; a deposit may be requested.
