Enrollment for Grades 1-5

Enrollment Process for the Elementary Class (Grades 1-5)

Enrollment Process: Parents and guardians: Be sure to allow sufficient lead time for visits to the school, paperwork, and orientation before your child’s first day. Depending on the time of year and your child’s readiness, this could require up to several months. It is best to start the enrollment process during November-March in preparation for the next academic year. Students may be considered for mid-year enrollment.

1. Please plan a visit.
2. Submit an Application. Please complete the Application and Student Profile and include the one-time, non-refundable application fee of $100. An interview with the student will be scheduled, along with a trial visit to the classroom. A complete enrollment package will be provided to you and a spot will be held for 30 days.

Deadlines: The application should be submitted between November 15-March 1. Applications may be considered after this date depending upon available openings. Admissions Application/Profile form

Classroom Visit: We will schedule a morning visit to the Elementary classroom for your child. This is a 3-hour visit for your child to participate in the classroom, and to allow the school to evaluate his/her readiness for the class.

  • Enrollment Agreement: Once the application is received, an Enrollment Agreement and other documents will be sent to you. A signed Enrollment Agreement and nonrefundable deposit must be returned within 30 days to confirm your child’s place in the school. Your child’s place will be reserved only as long as required paperwork and payments are received on time.
  • Payment and remaining enrollment forms: The first payment and all remaining enrollment forms are due 30 days before the first day of attendance. NOTE: All payments are nonrefundable.

5. Mid-Year Enrollment: Mid-year enrollments may be accepted if space is available.

6. Waiting List: A waiting list will be started once available spaces are filled. An application is required; a deposit may be requested.
